YET ANOTHER SLOPING GARDEN AND ONCE AGAIN AROUND 45 TONNES OF CLAY WAS DUG AND REMOVED BY HAND TO CREATE THESE SMOOTH CONTOURS. A LOG RETAINING WALL WAS USED BECAUSE OF ITS VERSATILITY IN BOTH LINE AND HEIGHT AND OAK SLEEPER STEPS PROVIDE ACCESS TO THE SEATING AREA AT THE REAR OF THE GARDEN. THE SLEEPERS HAVE SMALL LED LIGHTS DRILLED INTO THEM TO HIGHLIGHT THE STEPS AND SIMILAR LIGHTS ARE USED TO ILLUMINATE THE WATER FEATURE IN FRONT OF THE RETAINING WALL.
